Finally it seems that the rig for Jim is in the state, when I am quite happy with the result.
I managed to fix all the planned issues, plus add a bunch of other enhancements.
The full report on the rig is going to come out shortly (hopefully during the weekend).
Next big goal in my road map is to work on the materials and textures for the model. For now I just used the simplest materials.
